RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is our aim that every item arrives in a great condition and we hope you are always thrilled with your purchase.
If an item(s) was received in a damaged condition, you may have the option to refund or exchange. Damaged item(s) must be reported in the same day of delivery otherwise, return request will not be accepted. International customer returning a damaged item(s) is responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) and to provide a tracking number for the returned item(s).
Any other return requests that are not meeting our return policy above will not be accepted.
Refund amount will be processed through bank transfer within two to three business days once the defective item(s) is returned to our facility. Returning cost for international orders will be excluded from the refund as it is the sole responsibility of the customer as mentioned above. You will be kindly requested to provide us with your Account Name and your IBAN.
Transactions made via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal only.
